The Streetsboro Police Department is pleased to provide you an electronic method for requesting a copy of a COMPLETED Streetsboro police report.  For police incident reports, you will receive the basic incident report.  For accident reports, you will receive the state OH-1 report only. 

 

If you are requesting copies of written statements or photographs,  those are not available for e-mail transmission via this site. 

 

Only reports filed after October 2001 are available in electronic format for e-mail transmission.

 

Electronic requests for completed reports will be processed Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM (holidays excluded), and will be responded to by e-mail within a reasonable amount of time.  Report information will be released in compliance with Ohio public records laws.  Social security numbers are redacted off all report requests.

 

You should wait a minimum of 7 days following the filing of the report before requesting an electronic copy.
