EAGLE EYE TRAFFIC PROGRAM

The "Eagle Eye" program is a speed monitoring and data collection project.  It is a collaborative effort between the residents of the Streetsboro community and its police department to gain voluntary speed compliance from motorists utilizing the community's roadways.   This is accomplished by utilizing the visible presence of persons using radar equipment to monitor speeds, which provides a message to the motoring public that the community and its police department are intent on gaining compliance with posted speed limits either voluntarily or through enforcement activity if the speeding behaviors go unmodified.

For further information regarding the Eagle Eye Program and how to utilize it in your neighborhood, download the file below, or contact Officer Teena McKamey at (330) 626-4976.
